Right of Withdrawal

Where a right of withdrawal applies, consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, other than the carrier, takes possession of the last goods.

For contracts involving the regular supply of goods over a defined period, the withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party takes possession of the first goods.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

Your notification must be an unambiguous statement of your decision to withdraw from this contract (for example, a letter sent by post or email). You may use the withdrawal form below, though it is not mandatory. The withdrawal period is met if you send your notification before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal.

We will use the same payment method for the reimbursement as was used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged for the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have provided proof of return, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal. Returns must be sent to:

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. For goods that cannot be returned by normal post, return costs are estimated at a maximum of approximately €50 per item.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss is attributable to handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
