Shipping Information
All live coral shipments are handled with specialist express delivery to ensure the welfare of the animals. Please read the following shipping conditions carefully before placing an order.
Shipping Schedule
| Overnight Express | Monday to Thursday — delivery the following day |
| Weekend Express | Friday dispatch — Saturday delivery (by arrangement, additional cost applies) |
| No dispatch | Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays |
| Delivery window | Standard delivery by 12:00 noon the following day |
Delivery times may be affected by external factors including weather, traffic, and carrier delays. These are outside our control.
Live Animal Shipping
Live coral shipments take place exclusively between Monday and Thursday for next-day delivery. This ensures animals are not held in transit over a weekend.
Please always provide at least one telephone number where our shipping partner can reach you. This is essential for live animal deliveries.
EU Delivery
We ship to all EU member states. Shipping costs are calculated per box based on your destination country and order size. Rates are displayed at checkout and calculated automatically.
Box calculation: 16 colonies per box or 40 frags per box. Mixed orders are calculated proportionally. You will see the exact box count and shipping cost at checkout before placing your order.
Business Address Deliveries
Deliveries to business addresses are made at the recipient’s own risk. The delivery location must be clearly communicated to us in advance and must be easily accessible to the courier. Where necessary, please display signage at doors and entrances indicating your telephone number to avoid delivery complications.
Collection
Collection in person is available by prior arrangement only. Please contact us before placing your order to arrange a collection time. Collection removes all shipping costs at checkout. Please note that the DOA policy does not apply to collection orders.
Combined Shipments
If you order items with different delivery timescales, we will ship in a single combined consignment unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest lead time.
CITES Documentation
CITES fees apply to LPS and SPS coral orders. These are added automatically at checkout. All required CITES documentation is handled by Premium Reefing on applicable shipments.
